Social Skills & Friendships

Making friends shouldn't be a mystery. We break down social interactions into learnable steps to help children connect with others.

Who this is for

Children who play alone on the playground, struggle to share or take turns, miss social cues, or want to make friends but don't know how.

Common challenges

  • Difficulty joining a group already at play.
  • Rigidity about rules during games.
  • Trouble reading facial expressions or body language.
  • Preferring adult interaction over peers.

How we help

We practice social skills in safe, structured environments. We model how to introduce oneself, how to handle losing a game, and how to keep a conversation going. We use role-play and small groups to build confidence.

What progress can look like

It’s seeing your child invited to a birthday party and happily participating. It’s watching them ask a peer, "Can I play?" and accepting the answer. It’s the joy of a first real friendship.
