Privacy & Confidentiality
Your family's privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We follow all applicable privacy standards and confidentiality regulations to protect your personal and health information. We use secure, encrypted systems for our records and communications.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Consistent attendance is one of the biggest factors in seeing progress. We ask that families prioritize their scheduled sessions whenever possible.
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.
- If your child is sick, please cancel to keep everyone healthy.
