Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mint regarding your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services Description
Mint provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions. Our services include:
- One-on-one ABA therapy sessions
- Early intervention programs
- School support and consultation
- Parent training and education
- Social skills groups
- Behavioral assessments and treatment planning
Eligibility and Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Appointments and Cancellations
Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone or via email. We will confirm all appointments and send reminders prior to scheduled sessions.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services.
Provider Cancellations
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.
Payment and Billing
Payment terms and conditions:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and insurance
- Insurance claims will be submitted on your behalf when applicable
- You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services
- Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees and collection actions
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
Professional Relationship
The relationship between Mint and clients is professional in nature. Our therapists and staff will:
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times
- Provide services in accordance with ethical guidelines and best practices
- Respect your privacy and confidentiality
- Communicate openly about treatment plans and progress
Clients and families are expected to treat our staff with respect and maintain appropriate boundaries.
Confidentiality and HIPAA
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with HIPAA regulations. Your health information will be kept confidential and only shared as permitted by law or with your written consent.

Intellectual Property

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:
- Non-payment or violation of payment terms
- Threatening or abusive behavior toward staff
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Circumstances that make it unsafe or inappropriate to continue services
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
