Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Families experience autism in many different ways. We focus on practical supports that make daily life easier—helping children communicate, participate, and learn in the places that matter most.
What this can look like at home
You might notice challenges with flexible routines, back-and-forth conversation, or joining play. Some children prefer consistent routines or get overwhelmed by noise, textures, or transitions. Others may have big feelings when plans change.
Many families also ask about social skills, safety in the community, or how to support learning new daily-living tasks.
How our ABA team can help
We collaborate with you to set goals that matter for your child and your family. Sessions can include communication supports, teaching daily routines step by step, and practicing flexible thinking during play and real-life activities.
We also coordinate with school teams and other providers to keep strategies consistent. If you’re new to ABA, our guide ABA Therapy 101 explains what care can look like. If you’re still deciding, see Is ABA Right for My Child?.
Questions families often ask
- Can ABA feel natural and play-based? Yes—many goals are practiced through everyday routines and interests.
- Will you work with our school? We coordinate with teachers and IEP teams when families request it.
- Do you teach self-advocacy? We build communication strategies that help children express needs and preferences.
- How are goals chosen? Together—we prioritize meaningful, achievable goals and adjust them as life changes.
